VICaR application (Value International Call Router) for Nokia N900 help us in dialing route international calls through a calling card. or skype-out number. Once you have the application setup, when you call international numbers, VICaR takes over.
Add prefix of + or 00 to your international numbers for VICaR to recognize them. To avoid routing local numbers thru VICaR, add local country codes to exclude list
