With the SleepAnalyser v1.6-28 application for our Nokia N900 we can to analyze how we sleep, ie we record the movements during our sleep.

According to its developer:
It is able to visualise it on a graph to show how much you move during your sleep. This can help to indicate how you sleep. It also has an alarm function. You can set the alarm and a time window (ex. 30 minutes). The Alarm will then go off sometimes during the time window (as soon as you move more), but latest at the set alarm. Old records can be visualised and you can load records from your friends. SleepAnalyser also has a test function. It will record and visualise much faster. Also it will make a beep when ever your movement goes over the trigger level.

very interesting. We never expected it would come this
So.. where do you put the phone?
…yeap
You put the phone right beside your pillow, and it then feel your movement…
is this supposed to stop you from sleep walking or something?
I’ve been using this for a while, and the first couple of nights my sleep actually got worse (on average I got 5-7 hours of sleep) .
Then as I progressed into my second week, I eventually started tweaking it so that it would make a small sound whenever I moved. Normally when I sleep, my covers are in disarray by the morning. Recently, the fear of hearing that small sound has conditioned me into being a very easy sleeper, and I now wake up with smooth covers (feeling refreshed).
It’s a great app that is updated on a daily basis, so you get new features every week or so. Good stuff.
I have a big problem with the installation of this program, cause it allways says:
on german: installation von “sleepanalyser” nicht möglich
konflikt mit programmpaketen: python2.5-qt4-network (4.7-maemo7)
python2.5-qt4-webkit (4.7-maemo7)
Please HELP me. I can’t find out, where the problem is.
Thanks
