Skype has just received an update is version 1.5 (015) for our Nokia N8 and any other Symbian^3 device. Apparently unaltered, presumably this is a minor update to fix some bugs or errors.
From Ovi Store the application is not updated, they should solve this type of situations, but we can download it directly visiting from the web browser of our device from the direction m.skype.com.

Skype are working on my N8 like a charm. Check with you Operator so they dont block Skype.
The new update on Skype has improved the soundqualite!
