With the Qypy application, based on the services Qype, and using GPS integrated of our Nokia n900, we can obtain detailed information on places of interest nearest to us.

i downloaded this app today and there are some bugs lol. i live in north texas, and some of the search results come up for places that are in france. some of the results are actually near me, but the french ones are definately not 22.5km away
I’ve been using this one for a few days now as this service is the only thing I miss from my old iPhone. Qypy does the job well! The information is simple and useful, and then directions are good. Only extra thing that I would like to see is a direct link to the phone app from the number.
