Opera Mobile 10 Beta 2 for Nokia N97

Since Opera Software want that the browser Opera Mobile 10 is the reference in browsers for mobiles, and is now available the update Beta 2, resolving many of the bugs that we could find in Operates Mobile Beta 1.

This application for our Nokia N97 is not yet final, and this is what you can noted it, but its developers thinks other thing, which is why we leave test this Beta 2.

 

Some Known issues:

 

  • Not all input modes have a visual indicator.
  • For some devices with non-latin input mode, you need to manually set the input language to English to input a web address in the address bar.
  • On touch devices, the enter key does not work as an action key. For cases where an action is required (e.g. when adding a bookmark folder), we recommend using the Opera keyboard (available from advanced settings).
  • Cut in context menu does not work on keypad devices.
  • Some issues when using predictive input in the url field.
