All owners of a Nokia N97 we know that in order to use the widgets and other applications a N97 consumes a lot of RAM memory, even too often.
That is why Nokia has developed the Memory Reorganizer v1.0 application. We can obtain it from the verification of software updates (Applications -> SW Update), with which we can optimize the RAM memory of our N97. With this application we save between 3-4 MB, although there are who spoke up to 6MB.
i downloaded but i cannot install it!it says ”update failed”.anyone else with the same problem?
Yes, I downloaded the meomory update. However, the main issue is still to do with the emails. As the emails keeps on accumulating it decreases the memory even if you have selected Mass Memory.
for the email problem you should use profimail. works much beter than nokia std and you can save them to mass storage.
This app is not yet available to me on my Nokia N97 is SW Update. Maybe I live in the wrong country!

i have restored my n 97 with new firmware 20001 and downloaded reorganizer uninstall, the appl result on list of applications and installed bat the icon not is on menu. it’s failed? how make?
i’ve updated the software and i should had the memory reorganiser but it don’t appear at the apps…. my ram is full… i’ve already moved everything to the mass memory but it’s still full…i don’t understand…and it is impossible to find the memory reorganiser for download…i’m tired of searching…
Reformat the phone after backing up, it helps.

Tried hard reset and even formatted both my mass memory and memory card, still doesn’t show up in SW Updates. It stopped showing up after I installed Chat Beta. Can anyone point me to where I can manually download and install it?
guys why r u so confused with the phone memory and the ram… Ram is different… In case u want ur phone memory to be free then always choose ur updates carefully from swupdates and in case u want to free up ur ram then i must say nokia n 97 users will get a maximum of 50 mb ram available if ur phone is unhacked… There r some saying abt 80 mb… For full ram get ur fw hacked… And in case u r using firmware version v21 or less u can get it hacked by downloading the helloox app .. Try google it or download from official website… If u know how to sign ur app.. And have a certificate then u r lucky.. In case u dnt then u r lucky u have me.. Mail me at guru01@ovi.com and provide imei and phone model and i will gve u ur certificate..any other info… Mail me at the above apps… Cheers… And mind u some people say that n97 is pathetic phone.. But its wonderful all u have to know is how to use it… Its not for simple users but for advance users….;)
