With the lfocus application for our Nokia N900 we can change focus and turn on/off the led while filming a video.

Its use is simple:
open the camera covertap the screen oncetap on the indicator bartap the lfocus logoyou can either scroll left and right to set focus or just press on the right side or the left side to get a smoother focus effect. you can also adjust the leds by tapping the button next to the focus bar.
for the keyboard toggle button:
a green indicator means the keyboard control is offa red indicator means the keyboard control is on and you should turn it off once you’re done.turning on the keyboard enables focus via zoom buttons automatically and turns off the autofocus ability!
Installation:
Download the latest version (lfocus_0.309-1_all.deb) from HERE or download it directly from HERE. Install the. Deb from the xterm as root. Type: dpkg-i lfocus_0.309-1_all.deb

Hi! Did all the steps, and it’s not working! After installing the file (with root permissions), i’ve tested it, but it doesn’t appear the lfocus logo.
i cant seem to see the logos in the indicator bar, it shows up like two x’s. any suggestions?
when i type it in xterm says “dpkg-i can’t b found”

what have i done wrong ?
please help me.. send me a short mail or something. is there a video to watch how to install the programm?
i install this for swithiching off the led ..and it is working for me i have not checked other function .i think people are making mistake in tapping the screen .you shuld tap the screen anywhere and then one more tap on the battery area ..that shuld po up the function all the way .sorry for speling mistake i m in a hurry!!!!!
