How to sign applications for Nokia 5800

It is very important sign applications in your Nokia 5800 before you do hacking, for this i am going to teach a very simple to sign applications from Nokia 5800.

The steps to sign applications are:

  1. Get certificate and key.
  2. Download and decompress this package of files.
  3. Install Sign.sis.
  4. Connect the Nokia 5800 to the Pc and record cer and key in drive E:, you can create a folder. Now record in the Nokia 5800 application to sign, for example, i’ll record TheSimpsons.sis XD.
  5. Go to applications and open up the implementation signis, that will appear as “Mobile Signer”.

  6. Fill in the fields with the application to sign and the certificate and the key.

  7. Go to options and click save.

  8. Now go to options again and click on Sign.

It is already the application signed.

To install the application signed go to E:, or where you record the application unsign, now run it. You can see the application unsign and signed below.

    Do you think, its save to give out the IMEI number?

    Because I think with that number they can block my phone. I think.

    The key and cert files from opda is not reckonised by any app signer I use on s60 5th. And the sign.sis. app will not work correctley on my 5800. the app is missing lots of funtions and dose not look any thing like the app in your intructions. OPDA web site is so slow and buggy and i am lucky that it loads at all. Nearly ever app i download needs signing now and some of the moblile app signers need signing? Pleaes can some one help. Im going mad. Tell me what i am doing wrong.

    Wait for a while. Click skip add. Its a mediafire link. Download ‘sign4ever’ application to your PC. Install it. Open your unsigned apps/games with this. You will see 4/5 files. Copy only that file- named ‘signed.sis’ to your mobile. Install it. Thats it. You are all done
